1. Remove the bolt holding the box and clean the surfaces of the fender wall and the box tab. With a small screwdriver, pry open the box and check and clean inside as necessary. 2. Remove the box and open it. Replace all the wire terminals with ring terminals and bolt all of the grounds directly to the fender wall. You have a bad ground. Your A/C panel and your left turn indicator share the same ground. It is ground G401. It is a splice pack located at the left kick panel. You may have to disassemble the splice pack and clean corrosion from the connectors.
